Promotion is granted on the basis of student’s whole year’s performance.
Performance means student’s regularity in attendance and efficiency in curricular and co-curricular activities.
A minimum of 75% attendance, and work efficiency is essential to appear in Annual Exams.
Student remaining absent in any of the periodical tests will not be allowed to reappear in those tests.
Promotion to the next class will be granted on the basis of student’s overall performance and also according to the latest norms of CBSE.
Absence & Withdrawals
No student should remain absent without proper reason, or otherwise he is not allowed to continue.
Principal only can permit leave(s) : that too in case of illness or genuine problem stated by the student’s parents.
Parents willing to withdraw their ward at any time during the academic year, must inform the Principal in writing (by giving one month’s prior notice).
If one month’s prior notice is not given, the fee for the whole academic session is to be deposited.
On withdrawal, the TC (Transfer Certificate) is issued only if priorapplication is given and all dues cleared.
